It snowed again yesterday, and there was fog on the little mount that faces the town from across the river. The snow melted fast so streets were wet, and everyone is impatient for the spring

Here in new England, Winter continues to resist the advances of Spring. As I write this, it’s been snowing again, all morning and into the afternoon. But the flakes are melting into slush once they hit the ground, and have so far failed to cover the newly exposed ground for very long.
