Aside from the daily art I post here, I am working on getting some of my collages in shape to show in my space at the Harmony Collective Artist Gallery. I have a show in a larger space in June, and I’d hoped to show collages there, but the curator requested other work. So there’s not as much space as I’d hoped, for showing the larger group collages. But I have plenty of smaller ones, that will fit in my 6′ of wall space in the collective gallery.

more mucking about with water soluble crayons and acrylic glazing medium. Though I did give up and just used some paint on the face.
Playing here with acrylic glazing medium and water soluble crayons. The colors dissolve more quickly than with the regular medium, and they dry fast, so working colors over other colors is pretty spontaneous and intuitive. No particular thoughts or themes in this one, just playing.

here’s one with the water-soluble crayon dissolved in plain water. Different, more water-colorish effect. Something about the 3 round little heads is calling to me lately, but I haven’t really figured out where (if anywhere!) it’s going yet.
