I wanted dense decorative lines and patterns, but this is as far as I got in one sitting. There may be more on this one later.
Sometimes you can tell when I didn’t want to spend much time on the daily art, when it’s a fast ink gesture like this one.
I am spending more time figuring out how to finish and frame some of my collages, so giving shorter shrift to the drawing table.

Just fyi, all my daily art is on 9″ x 12″ stonehenge paper. I settled on that as a manageable size and sufficiently versatile weight and texture of paper, years ago. So that’s one variable off the table when I sit down to play.
I made up some more rocks
just what it is.
I know the picture date says 2/16, but I actually took the 16th off. This was done at the dining table of a friend’s house on the evening of the 15th.
here’s a little hug for the day. Or maybe the face of a frog. Or something suggestive and rude, that I’m too simple to see.
