Last night the wind blew the plastic covering the porch door, and the house was quieter than ever with spouse on the road and Spike gone. The mice were not making their presence known either. I poured a little wine and lit a candle for any wandering spirits.
hmmm.

I was tired, and hit the wall of “what am I doing this for anyway?”
the answer I think is to continue the practice
still recovering from the collage excursion.

I haven’t posted a new drawing for a few days—what gives?
On Feb. 11 I hosted a collage party that’s become an annual mid-February event.
Once started, I kept going and haven’t cleared enough space yet to resume drawing.
Over the past three years I’ve been adding to a deck of cards loosely themed, ways of being stuck of getting un-stuck.
