I love this art and caption both! In fact, I just saw my first fireworks in decades the other night as I live very close to memorial park in Brattleboro. Nearby or not, I’ve always eschewed watching them because of a hair trigger startle response. I was thrilled to find that this has greatly attenuated, so I was able to watch the show right from my apt parking lot!
Wonderful! I live right in town, the trees and houses block my view but I get to hear all the neighborhood firecrackers. I used to love fireworks as a child; these days fireflies are more my speed!
