the colors of the scan are brighter than the drawing, especially the green of the hillside. Makes it look less drizzly than it was, almost sunny!

I was thinking of the hillsides still waiting the spring blush of leafbuds, at the same time listening to a news report about the Arkansas spill of tar sands oil.
