Last day on the lake, admiring the clouds and trying to figure out how to paint water

from a photo featuring a tiny chipmunk on top of one of the rocks, but I didn’t see it when I referred to the photo on my phone. I am really enjoying the watercolors. That yellow is a bit much, tho.

Here come the vacation arts. I packed only watercolors and ink, and pretty much only made pictures of the lake and surrounding mountains all week.
