Back home after my vacation! I’ll try to post a few drawings a day till I’m caught up. This one felt very unfocused until a couple of saints came wandering into its landscape.

I keep hearing people use the phrase ‘spirit animal’. Well maybe this is one of them.
I’ll be away from scanner and computer for a week, taking an actual honest-to-goodness vacation. But I am bringing plenty of art supplies, so you may expect a chunk of catch-up posts when I return.

In the Folklore Thursday Twitter feed I saw this post from Great Uncle Darkly:

Then I went walking on the mountain in the woods. Apparently the post stayed with me.
