I sat looking at the blank paper for a long time this evening. Then made some lines that seemed uninteresting to me. But then the birds came and landed on them, and I thought that was OK.
I have returned to my studio and my scanner. This was drawn in the mostly-dark, at the Stone Church in Brattleboro, before the Sam Amidon/Marc Ribot concert I was fortunate to attend. I might get around to doing a little more work on this one.
My angels are often anatomically like insects, in that they have 6 appendages plus wings. Why not.
I did manage to keep up my daily practice while away; as I have time, I’ll add posts for those dates.
