another darn star
Rather than make a drawing, I spent my whole studio time this evening finishing this star. They each take a few hours to make, and I find the work soothing as I get to live inside the colors and shapes of stitches as I listen to a mystery or an episode of Critical Role or something.
ALT: photo of a five-petaled flower shape, turquoise blue with splashes of pastel pinks and yellows and rainbows. The colored yarn is woven and stitched over a pipe-cleaner framework. It’s about 6″ diameter.
