Passing time while undergoing prep for a colonoscopy (oh joy)

You may think this is too much information, but I lost a friend to colon cancer in 2019 and have another one currently recovering from surgery to remove a tumor. If you’re due for screening or care, please don’t put off taking care of yourself!
