Maybe it’s an integral part of the process I’ve chosen, but a drawing like this means I spend an hour or two having no idea what I’m drawing or why, and wondering if it’s worth it. And pushing ahead anyway. So maybe that’s just good practice for life.

Thank you for pushing ahead! I can say exactly the same about most of my stuff. I really have no idea where I’m going, but I try to trust the process and that something will evolve before my eyes if I just stick with it. Sometimes I’m pleasantly surprised and then not at all sure I had much to do with it.
