Dear Kate, I’m laughing. I love this drawing and I love your phrase “feline intervention”. It is perfect. Can you add to this, or wouldn’t that count as a daily creation?
I have a few drawings set aside that I’d like to add to, but realistically that’s not going to happen until I’m moved and have the new studio set up. Right now it’s all I can do to just get the one drawing done to at least something that feels like a stopping place. On this one, Ruin lay down on the top half of the paper, and the nib of my pen stopped working easily, so I finished the bottom half with a marker by moving her paws out of the way a piece at a time. It’s too bad, because I was really liking the way the brown ink was coming out, but I was falling asleep and just couldn’t deal with it…
